EXPOHOTEL is a B2B exhibition addressed exclusively to the profession of tourist accommodation.

Its object is to present products and services from enterprises that are active in this field.

Its aim is to establish an exclusive exhibition-institution dedicated to the hotel field.

EXPOHOTEL will take place from Friday 1 March until Sunday 3 March at the TAE KWON DO exhibition center in Palaio Faliro, but also at the FENCING exhibition center in Elliniko.


We are organizing EXPOHOTEL for the following reasons:

  • 1. The sector of tourist accommodation is in need of a specialized exhibition which shall be organized exclusively for this industry.
  • 2. The needs of the tourism industry in renovation, organization and equipment in view of the upcoming tourist season occur immediately after the end of the current summer tourist season (approximately at the end of October).
  • As a result, the entrepreneur starts his/her market research early in the year and the decision phase is placed around the months February March April. Hence, March is the most suitable month for such an event.

Driven from the vast experience of our company in organizing professional and consumer exhibitions, but also the demand from our customers, we came to the decision to organize EXPOHOTEL.


A significant part of the advertising budget will be spent on benefits for visitors of the exhibition (FREE accommodation at hotels and FREE air, sea and road transport).

At the same time, a big part of the advertising budget will be spent on tv and radio, while entries will be made in the special press (in 5 magazines).

Exhibitors will be given 50,000 invitations (to be sent to their clientele).
All the invitations that will be distributed by the exhibitors and the organizers will have a barcode.

Particular attention will be given to communication through electronic means, as nowadays they are the most modern way of advertising and communication.

The organizers have a FACEBOOK page, a TWΙΤTER account and presence in the other social networking sites, which are updated constantly and uninterruptedly.

Our goal is for the entrepreneur – candidate visitor of the exhibition to be updated repeatedly and variously on the event.

At the same time, newsletters will be sent to 50,000 recipients in total throughout the year until the exhibition, i.e. the number of the registered entrepreneurs owners of tourist accommodation (Hotels and rooms for rent).

  • EXHIBITION OF GREEK FURNITURE MANUFACTURERS (OCTOBER 2019) – the largest annual exhibition in the professional field of furniture manufacturing with participations from all over Greece.
  • HOMESHOW (OCTOBER 2019) – an exhibition addressed to the general public, organized twice a year and concerning housing equipment.
  • TECHNICA ELECTRONICA (DECEMBER 2019) – business exhibition concerning the field of security systems and intended for professionals in the field.
  • Cosmetic Show (JUNE 2019) – exclusive exhibition for beauty professionals.
